awards & achievements
- 2019 Spring: selected as a member of the undergraduate cohort representing Northwestern at the Prague Quadrennial.
- 2020 Winter: selected as a member of the cohort of students for the Global Media & Communications seminar, which would have featured a week-long trip to London with guest lectures from the London School of Economics.
The capstone trip did not happen due to the COVID-19 pandemic that began in February/March 2020.
credits
- Barbara Butts for making sure I didn’t quit theatre.
- Gabrielle Strong for being an incredible lighting design mentor.
- Sara Sood for demonstrating you don’t have to be a cishet white man to succeed in CompSci.
- Dean Lori D. Barcliff Baptista for being there for me at the lowest point in my undergraduate career
- most definitely NOT John Haas – my academic advisor – who did nothing but oppose my growth at Northwestern and misrepresent the industry. I hope you grow as a person and do better for future Northwestern students.
